Course Improvements 2011

1. Continued improvement to the Greens

2. Construction of 6 Winter Tees and installation of 2 Astro Turf Tees on the 12th and 15th. The next winter season there will be only 3 Tees not grass, all 3 will be astro turf, not mats.

3. Construction of a new Practice Putting Green in front of the Club house, built to the USGA spec, the same as all the other Greens. Due to open spring 2012 with 9 Putting holes installed.

4. Installation of irrigation to all the new Winter Tees and the Putting Green.

5. Construction of 2 new bunkers either side of the 6th Green.

6. Provision, (courtesy of the Seniors Section) 2 new seats near the 12th and 18th Green.

7. Purchase of second Toro Workman for the Green keepers.

8. Reduced members Guest Green Fee Rate

9. Inclusion of various members’ subscription benefits including, fishing on the course pools, membership gym concessions at the Lion Quays, and inclusion of 3 membership loyalty green fee vouchers.

10. Next Year we hope to install more bunkers, and are currently investigating the adoption of on-line Tee Booking System.
